About Us
Our Mission
At PXM, we believe wellness should be personal, practical, and rooted in real life.
That’s why we take an integrated approach - connecting nutrition, hydration, mindfulness, sleep, mobility, and recovery - to help individuals feel, function, and live better. There’s no one-size-fits-all formula. Instead, we work side by side with clients to build sustainable habits, grounded in evidence and tailored to their goals.
Whether someone is training for performance, rebuilding their health, or just trying to feel more like themselves again, we make the path forward clear - one step at a time.
Leah Casey
Wellness Director
Nutrition & Mindset Coach
“Feeling good shouldn’t be complicated”
Leah helps clients build healthier, happier lives by blending nutrition, movement, and mindfulness with genuine care for how people feel - inside and out. With a background in mental health counseling, art therapy, and years of coaching fitness classes, she knows that real health goes beyond numbers; it’s about feeling strong, balanced, and at peace in your body.
Her own turning point came in 2017, when she realized she was undereating by more than 1,000 calories a day. Working with a nutrition coach and learning the impact of proper fueling transformed both her training and her mental health. That experience reshaped how she approaches wellness - less about restriction, more about nourishment and growth.
Today, Leah’s coaching blends empathy, education, and mindset work to help clients shift their relationship with food, challenge all-or-nothing thinking, and build habits that last. She meets each person where they are, guiding them toward sustainable changes that make feeling good feel simple again.
Robert Prevatt
Co-owner
Nutrition Coach
Personal Trainer
“Helping people reclaim their energy, confidence, and freedom"
Robert knows what it feels like to chase change and not see results. For years, he pushed through workouts but never felt stronger, healthier, or happier. At 220 pounds - tired, achy, and frustrated - he decided it was time to do things differently. When he finally turned his attention to nutrition, it was like flipping a switch. His workouts improved, his sleep was better, and - maybe most importantly - he noticed feeling happier and better energy.
That transformation sparked a purpose - sharing the gift of this new vigor and growth with others. Robert became a certified personal trainer and dove deep into nutrition, discovering how food could fuel both performance and mindset. Over the years, he’s worked with everyone from martial artists to busy professionals to individuals with disabilities - helping them find confidence and freedom through movement and nourishment.
For Robert, success isn’t measured by the scale or the mirror - it’s in the moment a client hits a new PR, comes off medication, or finally feels proud of what they see. Those small victories remind him why he started: helping people reclaim their energy, confidence, and freedom.
Danielle Marelli
Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
“Success isn’t about numbers on a scale”
Danielle knows what it’s like to do everything “right” and still feel stuck. After years of intense workouts and restrictive diets, her body hit a wall of burnout. Working with a functional practitioner helped her uncover the deeper connection between nutrition, hormones, and stress - and sparked her passion to help others find balance, too.
Today, Danielle enjoys coaching people in all stages of life, and especially loves helping women balance the demands of perimenopause or menopause with the pressures of a busy career: guiding them to regain energy, stabilize blood sugar, and feel strong without extremes. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in bio-individuality, education, and empowerment. She believes success isn’t about numbers on a scale, but about sleeping better, feeling stronger, sustaining steady energy, and reconnecting with what makes you feel vibrant. Danielle strives to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, respected, and supported.
Outside coaching, Danielle is an Executive Pastry Chef who proves that dessert and wellness can absolutely coexist. When she’s not in the gym or kitchen, you’ll find her traveling or spending time with her dog, Mac. For Danielle, wellness means living well, savoring what you love, and never skipping dessert.
Dr. Samuel Pare
Chiropractor & Rehab Specialist
“People deserve care that
helps them move well"
Sam is a chiropractor who believes people deserve care that helps them move well, feel strong, and stay independent. With a background in physiology and advanced training in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, he focuses on uncovering the root of pain and teaching clients how to support their bodies day to day.
He works closely with each person to build practical routines that improve mobility and reduce discomfort, giving them the tools to stay active without needing constant treatment. Sam has helped many clients navigate chronic pain and return to the activities they enjoy with more confidence and control.
Outside the clinic, Sam loves being active. You’ll find him biking, climbing, doing yoga, cooking, or heading out of the city to camp, hike, and spend time outdoors with friends and family.
Jordan Ewbank
Clinical Massage Therapist
“Focusing on finding the source of pain and restoring healthy movement”
Jordan approaches massage therapy through a clinical lens, focusing on finding the source of pain and restoring healthy movement. He uses his knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and pathology to understand what each body needs and to help clients experience real, lasting change. His work centers on calm, intentional techniques rather than force, blending muscle energy work, reciprocal inhibition, trigger point therapy, and focused deep tissue methods to reduce tension and improve mobility.
He supports both sports-focused and wellness-based goals, adjusting each session to meet the client where they are. Whether someone is dealing with a specific limitation or seeking full-body reset, he builds treatment around practical, effective approaches that work with the body instead of against it.
Outside the treatment room, Jordan is a distance runner and a plant enthusiast with a strong interest in botany. His curiosity about movement and the natural world shapes the way he studies the body and strengthens his commitment to thoughtful, problem-solving based care.
